Hi.
In short got a PH tomorrow to prove disability as one head of claim (self representing)
A bundle has been prepared but we now realise also need to refer to the ET1 and grievance and appeal docs which have already gone forward as part of the unfair dismissal element. Can we reference those documents or have we been misled? We assumed that because they are part of the main record we would be able to.
Any help & guidance appreciated - ty
