hi all, I've worked in present job for 18 years, I have been head of my department, which included responsibility for everything and shopping that was needed. I was called in a few weeks ago and told that I am being demoted and someone else doing my job. I quite often have to pay for goods out of my own money, because boss never ever leaves money, I do get it back eventually. I have complained over this but she just lies and says she always leaves money, i'm sure I am being pushed out, my boss is not logical at all. I cannot win with her whatever I do, I have been reliable and a loyal employee, and don't know what I've done wrong , after working my way up. I feel heartbroken that I've been dropped like this, the place I work has a fantastic reputation for my department, , can they just sack me. i'm so worried, I do suffer from depression, but have done so for last 20 years and it never affects my work.
