Office Christmad parties and discrimination

wanted to share this interesting blog on legal issues, associated with the office Christmas party:

Has anyone experienced any of these issues? Either as an employer or employee? I'd be interested to know what real life legal issues have arisen, as a result of an office Christmas party.
