    Redundancy help

    I am going through a consultation process as we speak and HR have been speaking to me about an alternative role within the company. I decided to pursue this new role and found out today that it had been taken off our internal vacancy website - i managed to get a copy of the job description before it got taken down and it has been offered to me at my current salary. On the vacancy website its on for 14k more?
