    Hi
I am presently taking my ex-employer to an Employment Tribunal for disability discrimination and victimisation (awaiting preliminary hearing). I recently found out that last year a letter containing personal and medical information was incorrectly addressed (wrong postcode) and delivered to someone else in a nearby village. I don't know who, but I do know that it was signed for.
Neither my employer nor Royal Mail told me about this. I only found out from a SAR from a different organisation.
What on earth do I do?
I have an unusual name and so there can be no doubt about who the letter is about. I am now completely paranoid.
Any idea what I should do? At the moment I am thinking about bringing it up at the tribunal as further evidence.
My employer has so far refused to comply with my SAR so l literally just know what I said above.
Is this is as serious as it feels?
Should I report it to ICO now?
