CAN ANYONE HELP
I'm from Manchester and I have mounted up pcns in resident parking area where I reside and there is parking enforcement on event days u can apply for round disc permits and u also get a visitor book and you can tear pages out and give to visitors to use once
I have had discs before where you placed on windscreen and one recently which is still valid on partners car mine has run out I am a vehicle trader and have a number of cars and have tried to get permits when you apply it takes 2 week turnaround when there's no problem when there is it can take longer they hardy answer the phone and it goes to answer phone and they don't except v5 as proof of owner they want copy of insurance now and copy of address
Any way I've had loads of pcns and not paid at 40 each and then 80 if u don't pay and 105 after 14 days of not paid if don't pay they send to balliffs well they turned up at 12 on Monday just gone and with tow truck one after the other Manchester break down service and it's Jacobs balliffs
They took the cars one after one before this the asked balliffs how much is it there was 3 but it was one that was dealing with removal I asked how much is it
He replied 10.000pounds and council escalated it last week he didn't give me chance to pay
When it got to my partner's car I replied that's not mine he replied there all going when they were done the bailliff come back 3 hours later and gave me paper work I said what happens n
Now he said some of cars will get crushed because some have got no MOT I said it's 10.000 pounds to pay u said he replied it's not that much
I contacted parking permits Trafford council and spoke to manager she said you've had that many and more coming we didn't do it lightly it was thought about and a procedure we had to do and your not getting them back there going to auction I said you won't get that much she said she doesn't car your getting them back
And she wants me to set up pay plan for more to come and she'll leave info at desk and my cars were took
