Hi everyone, I'm new here. I'm just about to bring a claim in the small claims court against Islington Council. I'm applying for partial fee remission using form EX160. As part of this I'm required to list all gross sources of income, including sales on the internet. I've listed money in my paypal account which I've got through selling stuff on ebay. However, this amount includes the postage which is then spent immediately and does appear on my bank account. Am I right to deduct the costs of postage or should I just stick with the larger amounts which does not actually reflect what I earned. The amounts are supposed to be gross, but the guidance notes are unclear on this issue. I wouldn't normally bother, but I've been spending around £50 a month on postage, so that does have an impact on how much fee remission I qualify for. Any help gratefully received!!
