    Swift Advances

    Hi, I'm new on here and am looking for help taking Swift Advances to Court. We are in a different position to many people as we have never been in arrears with our account, our bone of contention is the outrageous amount of interest we are being charged on the account.
    Has anyone taken Swift to Court, or does anyone know of a very good solicitor in the Manchester / Liverpool area please?
