Hi, I signed up to an online course through the Digital Marketing Institute. My circumstance have changed and my mental health is suffering due to the nature of the course - i’m also not totally happy with the delivery of the course as they’ve combined 2 modules into one recently which is adding a lot of pressure. On their website it says there is a 14 day cooling off period but after this there are no refunds. I saw on another similar thread that if the business do not provide you with an unalterable Ts and Cs that you have the right to a full refund. Does this still count here? Here are their ts and cs: https://digitalmarketinginstitute.com/terms
Can I get a refund for my online course?
