Hello,
I booked a moving company today as I知 moving to a different building within our estate.
I値l try to be brief: the movers arrived three hours early, and the flat was dirty because they arrived early. I have two pet rats which were in a cage in a locked room. I left to see if I could collect the keys to the new flat early and received a call that the movers had left because of the flat being dirty and because they壇 entered the locked room and found the rats.
They had my only set of keys and I had a nightmare getting them to return my keys, leading to one of them physically assaulting me (I have a crime number).
What do I need to do to get a refund, as they did not complete the move?
The company advised that they壇 be happy to rebook as soon as I vacuum but I don稚 feel safe using this company.
