They took an "automatic" payment out of my account via Paypal after I'd cancelled the payment with my bank. I've been over on the chatbox of their website and they've told me they will take a cancellation fee of £55 odd if I don't want their insurance. I thought I'd bought insurance from somebody else but that's not gone out of my account, fortunately. I don't know how to recover my money without incurring this fee? As far as I'm concerned I paid under duress. I never wanted their policy and I've told them as much.
