    Average / approximate section 75 resolution times?

    Hi,

    I made a section 75 claim and after ten days had a reply requesting some more information (I'd sent them a diagnostic report for the faulty car and they wanted to see the front sheet with the company logo etc)

    I've read of some claims taking 8 - 10 weeks but there was usually zero contact until resolution. Does anyone have experience of S75 and how long their claim took once the investigation had started?
