  • Copyright Issue

Hi all, hope Im posting this in the correct place.
I have a strange issue. I had a very popular property website for 5 years which I built from scratch. It had over 450 blogs on it and many were from industry experts who submitted blogs to us. All info on the site was copyrighted up until I let the domain names end in late 2016. Ultimately, about a year after that in 2017 my exact site has been resurrected, all the blogs are there ( I wrote them all except those submitted), all my web site copy and even my logos which I created myself. It looks as though it was hacked from my previous server, copied and pasted onto a new Wordpress template with some fake name all over the site and a random 'stock' image. I owned the dot com and dot co.uk version of the domain names. The site has not been added to since it was put back up, and the domain was due to run out today- but has been renewed for another year.
How would I go about getting the site removed? I have lots of proof in emails from my previous clients, blogs submitted by them that are still on the site, all addressed to me at the web addresses. Im not bothered about the domain names, but I am about all the blogs from myself and my ex clients as my site was based around ethical principles. I was forced to end my business when we were scammed by an investment and we subsequently exposed them for being frauds. ( They ultimately had an SFO criminal case against them, which makes me wonder if it was part of that whole scenario.)
