I received today from MBNA the SAR request and I have some concerns.
Upon reading through the paperwork, the Notice of Assignment, Deed of Assignment and copy of original default notice all 3 documents seem to be missing.
I under in the Lord Denning test case where he states the debtor is allowed to view the sale agreement.
I was told yesterday when on the phone to MBNA that they clearly told me everything including both the Notice and the Deed would be available but it isn't.
Whom do I raise a complaint to!?
