t mobile and 0300 numbers

Hi every one
Need soom advice please, just received my t mobile bill, I have used an 0300 number and been charged £10. is this correct? I thought 0300 numbers where free from mobiles.

This was taken from Money Saving Expert, but several sites say the same:

This works on mobiles too. If you’ve inclusive minutes on your mobile the 0300 number will be included in that.

Are you sure you had inclusive minutes available?

Just checked how minutes i had left, can you believe it, i had used all my minutes, so i would imagine the bill is correct. Need to change my package as i seem to be useing far more just latley.
