So Bruno's was assigned on the same date as Bex18 ie 25 April, so in theory not a legit assignment and a good ground for a complaint.

Yip - I'm trying to work out if there was a 2 month period the legislation is all a bit complex with all the amendments ... there is the referring clause in the fsma though so that's good ( 419a .Â*http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2000/8/section/419A. )

Also I do not believe BS ( if they can legitimately take assignment of the agreement from an unauthorised cmc ) can charge the client the monies that they paid to Franklyn Hughes to buy the rights over said agreement ( the £88 ) whether for breach of contract or cancellation or any other reason.Â*

Lat week I received letter from debt collectors - MIL Collections. Yesterday I have sent emails to VS and to got answer, as a good will etc. Thank you very much for your help. You are fantastic.
