  • Home visit from Resolve call advice and help please - hoist/robinson way

Hi, last week I have a visit from a company called resolve call who left a calling card as I was away.
I believe the debt they're chasing is on behalf of Robinson way for a an old credit card debt.
I have checked my my credit file and I have a default from hoist dating back to 2014.
I have not had any contact with anyone since the default date and I'm hoping to keep it this way.
I am not happy about the home visit nor do I want it to continue as Resolve call has nothing to do with my original debt.
Is there anything I can do regarding this I would appreciate your help on the matter.
Is there any template letter I can send without admitting liability of this debt.
I'm very close to being debt free in my life and starting a clean slate from many previous mistakes I have made in my life and sadly I'm in no financial position to pay this debt.
