I had a disputed MyJar account, issues never resolved. Purchaser still took the trouble of making a claim, paying to lift the stay and filing a late DQ after the court had to order them to file it a second time. Usual tripe of "we are confident we can overturn your defense as we have a high success rate blah blah blah". As it was in the courts already I said if they want details of the dispute they can wait until I have to submit evidence ahead of the hearing, I had no intention of giving them extra time to hallucinate something. Got a strongly worded borderline threat to settle before it costs me "up to £900 more in fees". They discontinued the claim without even serving a copy of the notice on me when I said I will wait until the court issues directions and ignored them.
They may still try court, but as said they don't have the documentation, so don't have much chance of success.
