    Signed up for Electricians course with above decided it wasn't something I could do but missed the cooling off period they now want £7,600 and are sending a local DCA I have tried to appeal to their better nature but they have not got one do not sign up folks as you never know whats going to happen in the future with your health etc you will still have to pay no matter what? Surely this isn't legal?

    if You could share what was the outcoma and what are the options here. Maybe , what did you do about it? I'm in the same position now, and I really don't know what to do about it..

      I'm guessing I'm about to go through the same thing. I missed the cooling off period by 2 weeks haven't even made a payment, haven't done no tutor marked assignments. What have I signed up to? They ain't getting any money that's for sure. Amethyst is their anything you can help me out on please?

        We had to take out a debt management plan to get them off our backs not sure how fat they would have taken it but good luck
