Lowell Pre Legal Assessment

Hi.
I need some advice please! It is about
a Pre Legal Assessment letter received from Lowell. Short story. I defaulted with O2 in 2013. Later on the debt was bought by Lowell. Since that I have been inundated with letters of claims from Lowell. I have asked them to provide the agreement they said I breached. Obviously they never provided. This is the last letter received from them. I have no idea what means that.
Any advice given would be gratefully received!
