UPDATE

Spoke to County Court today.

Clerk checked with Judge.

Judgment will not be issued for a few more days as Judge is still reading his way through the various Authorities.

Difficult to read anything in to this.................. so I won't !!!!!!!!!!

A week since my last update.

I phoned Court again today.

Judge still has my file and Court Clerk believes he is still working on the judgment.

Crikey, it's nearly as suspensful as the Banks / OFT test case.

I just hope that I don't have to wait quite as long for my result though !!!

Spoke to Court again this morning.

Apparantly the Judge passed my claim file back to the Clerks yesterday afternoon and the judgment is now being typed.

I am waiting for a call back from Clerk to see if it is possible for me to pop in later today to pick up a copy or to at least get an indication as to which way things have gone.

Does anyone have any nails that I may chew !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blimey, am waiting and biting my nails for you ! and have got knots in my tummy too LOL. Do hope its good news for you Bud and hope you hear something today.

You can always have a nice bit of chocolate to chew on lol.. it always works for me when Im nervous....Chocolate contains theobromine and phenethylamine, which has some psychological effects in humans. According to scientists, chocolate eaten in moderation can lower blood pressure lol

UPDATE !

I have to phone back after 4PM

Judge still has the file in his office / hearing room although he has marked the computer version of the file as "Judgment ready for typing" he hasn't passed the file backdown to Court Manager

Court Manager's Clerk is going to go and fetch file once Judge has finished his case list for the day and confirm judgment is ready for typing etc.
