Perhaps someone could clarify for me if possible. Under section 87 I was sent a default Notice back in October 9th (official notice of default being added). The registered default did not get added till December 19th.
Is this the correct procedure or should the official default date be based on the date on the letter. ?
The default was also placed 6 months after failed payment.
I'm curious regarding this.
Someone enlighten me with their knowledge if possible.
Either way the account in question is fully cleared.
