    Parking fine bullies

I’m a desperate mum trying to help her daughter who is under so much stress ( doctors note provided) also being tested for adhd/ ASD and unemployed and she has had a year from hell . Now landed with parking fine one even for not parking within the lines correctly (£587!) has whiplash due to being hit in her stationary car .
They will not reduce fees and ridicule her / bully her . Debt amounts to about £5000 and keeps going up . Please can anyone offer any help

Sorry to hear of your daughters problems, but will need some clarification about the situation.

can you confirm she received a parking charge for not parking between the lines and the parking company want £587?
Has this case been to court?
    Who is the parking company?

She has separate debts totalling over £5000?

What is the position regarding damage to her stationary car and whiplash injury?
    Are insurers involved?
    Has she been offered compensation?
