  • The right to repossessing goods

    Hello there
Say if a new tenant moved into a property that was owned by a private landlord. But there was equipment in the property that belonged to a 3rd party agent that was rented out to the previous tenant who has now gone. But the equipment was left behind. How dose the agent/ owner of the equipment reclaim it?

    Thanks
