  • Magistrates fine bailiffs threaten locksmith

Iíve had a marston bailiff come to my house saying if I donít pay the magistrates court fine in full which is £900 Within 2days or they will get a locksmith and force entry into my house, I have begged the agent for a payment plan but he said itís not possible.
I havenít got anything of great value in the home, if they enter and not take anything, what will happen next? Iíve been told I can be arrested because thereís no way I could pay that in full

i sorted it, all i had to do was go to my local magistrates and arrange a payment plan, bailiffs make it seem like theres nothing you can do but pay them but really theres options*

I had a severe problem like that one. People came to my house threatening to get a locksmith and get in the house. I asked for a payment plan, but they said it was impossible. I went to a Locksmith to make a different and safer locker for my home. They told me that most people do that in such situations. He said I should go to the local magistrates myself and ask for that payment plan. Ballifs only try to put more panic in us, so we become more anxious and pay it as soon as possible. There are other things you can do. There is always a way out.
