    This is very interesting! A friend of mine reckons that Glucosamine works miracles and has seen improvements especially in knees that have reduced the need for surgery. It does appear that the over the counter glucosamine stuff works exactly the same as the prescribed product.
    It is interesting how the availability of even ‘natural remedies’ varies from country to country within the EU. St. Johns Wort for instance is only available on prescription in Ireland and I think Germany and you cannot buy Energy drinks in France and a few other places.
