  • Air port delay REg 261/2004

    My son travelled to americain september, and the outbound flight from Gatwick was delayed more than three hours . I wanted to make a claim for hm under the EU reg 26/2004 does anyone havre any experience of what to say or do? i've tried resolva but not even had an acknowledgement.

      You need to go to the airline to make a claim. Compensation will only be paid if the landing time is 3hrs later than scheduled not the take off so you need to be sure of the times. It may also be that your son needs to make the claim. There may also be timescales for making any claim so that will need to be checked too.
