Hi I was wondering if you can help.

I recently lost a small claims court on the 5th of July against ex husband. I wanted to appeal as the judge was very biased towards the Claimant my ex and feel like my side wasn't seen properly also he protocols and never signed forms. But because i didn't negotiate then it was ok. I cannot negotiate with Ex due to domestic abuse and I have a non molestation order against claimant sent evidence. That went against me to why I lost as I didn't negotiate with him.

Anyway I've decided not to due to my mental health and physical health. The court ordered full payment by this Friday of over 4 grand. It was paper based i recieved the outcome by letter on the 22nd. Anyway I haven't got this kind of money I'm a single parent and carer for disabled son. ive only just got chance to sort this as I have a bleed on my brain and have had lots of appointments along with daughter.

I was going to ask to pay instalments and fill out relevant form. But I want it gone and my ex out my life for good. A good friend has offered to pay it and i pay them back.

Sorry going on my friend cannot get it all by Friday I was hoping to ask the court to allow me a couple of extra weeks to get it all. What form or how do I go about it? I can only find n244 and n245.

No contact with ex. He's not the negotiating type the judge said at least he tried to get money back with bully tactics by sending abusive texts, coming to my home not leaving and police removed him. Also on the court thing it gives me his address to make payment I'm stuck on that as I can't pay bank due to no details and I can't pay cheque as I haven't got a book. The non molestation order states no contact and with my aniexty I can't cope

My friend has offered to go over to his to pay cash and get a receipt and proof by photo will this be OK?
the form the judge sent was a general form of judgment or order.
