Can my draft order ask for the CCJ to be set aside AND that claimant has provide copies of documents pursuant to CPR 31.14.

Or, do I only focus on the set aside at this moment only?

Also does the draft order need a statement of truth and signature at the bottom?

It might sound silly but how do I date the draft order? Where do I put this? I refer on the N244 that “the claimant provide me with documents within 7 days of the date of the order”

You can cover both. This is on the assumption that the case will continue after judgement is set aside, which case you will need to see the documents on which the claimant relies.

I now understand from the template letters what to do with a draft order to get the claimant to send the loan agreement but am confused if the draft order can be used for the two issues at the same time? (The set aside application and the request for documents for my defence).
