Hi am new to this site and looking for a bit of help and advice I received a letter today by a company called link financial saying thay have written to me in the past which thay have not referance a judgment in arrears on the letter it does not say how much for says I have 14 days to reply or thay will sent it to solicitors messrs Kearns 2407 attachment of earnings order /2408 Order to obtain information or2409 warrant of control I have checked all 3 credit agances and their is no ccj on my files all thay have given me is a number when I was younger I did get into some financal difficulty but that was over 11 years ago and I don't ever remember getting a ccj I suppose what am asking if I have indeed I have got one is it still inforcable and do thay have to tell me who its off and how much it is for and will I get an option to go to court and contest this many thanks in advance I am worried sick at the momant
