  • Overdales CCJ - Overdales has refered it back...

    Hi there,

My name is Kate, I had received a letter from Overdales and the court to say they were issuing a CCJ against me..
I responded to the court within the 14 days and received a letter back from Overdales to say they

for all future communications, we ask that you contact our cleint using one of the below methods: Phone number and postal address and refference number supplied.

It may take time for your account to show on our client's system, we ask you to bear this in mind when contacking them'

I've checked on my Overdales account and it's showing a balance of £0 on to debts I had, does this mean I will get a letter from Lowell's who originally had the debt?

    Kind regards
    Kate

    Hi Crazychick

    Welcome to LB

You received a Court claim. You've admitted the debt.

Do you have details of the debt?

    When was the account opened?

Yes, await to hear from Lowells.
