My son has had his mobile phone cleared by the police,told he could collect it and would be given a date, this was early February. Phone policed several times and they promised it was 'en-route' still nothing. Is there a legal time limit on how long it should take, or does he just wait patiently in the hope it will eventually turn up.
Return of seized good from the police.
