  • Lowells County Court mediation stage.

Help needed please, Lowells have took me to court for a catalogue account debt, I requested the credit agreement and statements which were in a fashion provided, the problem is they let me have a lot more credit than my credit limit, do I have a case for dismissal?

Did your credit limit rise periodically through your the time you were using the account ? Did they notify you of each rise and give you opportunity to say no / reduce your limit down again ? That kind of issue would more be a complaint to the catalogue company rather than a defence against the claim though.*

Have they provided default notice and the full agreement ? Is it shopdirect ?
