    Hello All

    2019 off to great start with small claim court refusing a lay representative to speak.

    The bureaucracy of our courts is bewildering . Thankful for forums like this to help complete and comply.

      In court today. Defendant has very poor English. I attended having helped get paperwork together. He had permit to park had straddled bays too small for midern

        R v Lord Chancellor exp Witham [1998] QB 575

        possible constitutional right to lay representative. Seems unlikely form 16b is reason to deny anybody representation.
