  • Ppi

Hi I'm looking for some advice, I had a firm called claimeazy to look into my ppi, well after realising hiw much they took for there fees I told them to cancel all other claims. They found ppi on a catalogue and wanted to go ahead I told them no and didn't sign any letters of authorisation they kept sending me. I then sorted the ppi claim out myself which was paid out, I've since had an email saying it was going forward but obviously it has been paid so not sure what will happen now? ??

It will depend on the documents you signed when you started with them and whether that gave them authority over any/all claims you might have or not. Do you have a copy of the terms you signed ?
