Try not to worry xxx You can't do anything tonight - it's a notice of issue so nothing is imminent. Do you know what it is for ? Have you had court papers in the last few months ? Had anything from Lowell or the court recently ?

if you don't know give Lowell a ring in the morning and ask them what it's for and if they can send you the court papers from the claim or at least tell you where it's come from and where the claim was issued to.... if you'd prefer not to then give Northampton County court business centre a call and give them the claim number ( should be on the notice ) and ask if they could email you the claim information.

Then post up the details here and we'll try help you decide whether you want to look at applying to set aside the judgment and suspend the warrant- or if you want to ask the court to set instalments and suspend the warrant.

If if you want to do a pic of the notice you've got that might assist us out your mind at rest too. If you use phone you'll need to take photo, then screenshot the photo so it's small enough to upload. Otherwise fine to email me admin@legalbeagles.info

i've attached an example of the notice to compare

please try not to worry - it will be sort outable and no one is going to be knocking on the door tomorrow xxxx
