I'd like to know whom repressed the following, both solicitor and barrister if possible.
'Cashmere v Walsh downing and veale'
This is because this guy cashmere seems to have been in a similar situation to me and won. He was unemployed so likely to have been receiving legal aid. He was being harassed by more than one person.
I'm currently having a problem finding a good solicitor because I'm receiving legal aid I can't choose whom I get, the first ones were very unprofessional, the current one is good but I'm not always given advice and am regularly reminded I'm a legal aid funded client and he doesn't receive as much for me per hour as a privately paying client. I need someone whom if they take my case will advise me properly and not hold the legal aid rates against me.
I'm close to quitting and dropping everything because I have poor representation and what's the point carrying on with this if all the injustices against me cannot be properly exposed and my abusers held accountable
The case in question is a county court case Cashmere v Walsh, Downing and Veale Central London County Court 27 October 2009
It doesnt say who the solicitors were, but i note that the case is reported on Nearly Legal the blog of Giles Peaker, who works at Anthony Gold solicitors i believe, it may be worth asking if they have a copy of the judgment, if they do then you could find out who the lawyers were, and then they should be able to tell you who was counsel

Some judgments say who represented and who they were instructed by on the judgment header. What case are you looking for info on?

Thomas Brennan-Banks (instructed by Wannops Law) for the Appellant
