  • Can this be legal

A property was sold 4 years and and rented out. The owner is suing the developer for "poor worksmanship"and is going around other residents asking them to join his one man crusade to take down the developer. The owner of the property has shared my personal email with other homeowners to try and "round up the troops" I have no issues with my property, nor the developer and am rather annoyed to be dragged into this. Is he allowed to do this ?

Have you asked him not to involve you in his mission nor share your personal contact details with anyone, if not, do. Some people get a tad carried away and need telling straight.
