Will dispute, online mediation

Hi

My Mother's Will is being disputed by my siblings. Up to now they have been going down the litigation route, but every lie they've told I've proved it to be just that with solid proof. Today I've received a letter asking if I'd be willing to participate with online mediation rather than litigation.

Can anyone please tell me what online mediation means ? After all of the vile, cruel things my siblings have accused me of, I have no desire to see or speak to them ever again but would be open to communication in writing if that's what online mediation means. Please can anyone advise?

My understanding (as it was something I explored) is with online mediation it is the similar to in person mediation. Each person is assigned a virtual room and the mediator goes around the rooms. The mediation impartial, it is not about judging (taking) who is right or wrong - you may be justified in your position if there have been things done and said to you. They try to reach a compromise concession to move things forward. Mediation is considered more cost effective than full on litigation. Good luck with it all

Apologies for my late reply which has been due to me just not being well and letting things slip a little...the battle is still ongoing with the Will sadly as my Sister's Solicitor moves at a glacial pace, and takes on average 8 weeks to respond to correspondence.
