Visibility of the deletion of an electronic Will file

I appreciate I may be on the wrong forum here, but am hoping for any pearls of wisdom.

If a solicitor deletes a Will file would this act be visible within the firm’s Client/Case Management System (CMS) audit trails?

Would the individual files (eg Will, attendance notes, Client letters etc) contained within the deleted Will file also still be visible within the CMS audit trails? I.e would the audit log for each individual file still exist in the CMS audit trail, indicating when each file was created, edited, then deleted and by whom?

Will any emails associated with the deleted Will file be completely deleted, or will they still exist on the host platform they were sent from/received on?
