My uncle who I live with has recently passed unexpectedly he keeps in contact with his sister (my aunt) every day and I believe is down at his doctors/workplace as his next of kin.
my uncle never wrote a will but for his pension made sure all 6 grandkids would split his pension
he told his sister he would want his estate sold and split between the 6 grandkids.
his sister is worried that their mum is going to get everything is their anyway to prove he hasn’t spoken to her since 10years old and it wasn’t his wish for anything to go to her, or is there anything we can do to stop this from happening?
