Is there a restriction on who the Executor can listen to in an estate issue?
I am asking as, whilst I am not involved in the disbursement of my ex-wives estate and I am not a beneficiary of the estate, I am concerned about the information being given to the Executor by one of the beneficiaries. To be blunt I believe they are being disingenuous with the information they are providing about the estate in an attempt to create an imbalance, in their favour, for the overall disbursement.
I want to directly inform the Executor & the solicitors acting under their instruction of substantive information I have to challenge the information being put forward by the beneficiary.
Is the Executor or the solicitors under any obligation to listen to my position?
