Also I realise it takes more to appoint another solicitor due to the fact that:
death was registered by me and DC was used to notify and bank account who have me down as personal rep (contact) with Bank, HMRC and other agencies including pensions and I advised all these orgs who is administering estate. I presume it isn’t straightforward as getting another lawyer in without my input. Unless someone tells me it is easy to unpick. All work the current solicitor has done will need to paid by the estate. The other beneficiaries seem to want power without responsibility

Hi everyone, I need some advice on what to do next. In short my father died whilst living with my sister. She shared a bank account with him and was able to spend a lot of his money. The family went to court against my sister and finally won the order for my sister to pay 3 brothers and herself £17,000 each. My sister stole the money and said the executor (another family member) had taken it.
fast forward family member have been trying to retrieve the money from the executor, even though he paid all court costs and barrister fee out of his own money. The executor received an Order of the registry for inventory and accepted and an Order of Master Bowles
