Executor abuse

3 executors , 1 property to be split 3 ways , mum passed 2.5 yrs ago , brother living in property abusive coke addict , 1 sister vile aggressive manner , probate granted. I have sent 2 x letters both signed for both ignored . 1 with copies of what is expected of us all inc mums property . But a week after mums passing all her stuff was gone (sister) over a yr before they signed probate I applied for . Council tax was not being paid . No insurance on mums house . If I call them I get sworn at to point it makes me a bag of nerves. I 100% can not afford a solicitor on my pension. But at the same time mums home needs be sold as per her will . Can I ask the courts myself to do something ? If there a form ? I don’t know what I am mentally to do now .
