  • Use of land in private

My late parents estate has passed through probate and is currently in hands if the PR’s, my siblings.

The estate is mainly a large plot of land which is to be divided 5 ways. For a considerable amount of time I have had two cars and a caravan stored on the land with permission of my mother.

I am now being forced to move the vehicles, with no real reason given. Despite the fact I will be inheriting a share of the land.

At the same time other non-beneficiaries are are using the land have not been told to vacate.

do they have any ground in telling me to remove the vehicles?

      Yes, they do.

I suspect that there may be more to this than has been said.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
