      Hi all
So an update and a couple of questions.

The administrator has notified me that the property has been sold, albeit £19,500 below asking price.
money has been paid into the estates account.

was told six weeks ago that the six months limitation period had passed and they were looking at making interim payments to all beneficiaries.

4 weeks ago I was told due to the house being sold for less than the valuation at death, the administrators were applying for a refund of the inheritance tax from HMRC.
They also mentioned they would still be making interim payments while the refund was being sought from HMRC.

Its now been 4 weeks and although I have sent emails I have not received any response from the administrator or their legal representatives.

Is there anything I can do legally to encourage the administrator to make interim payments to the beneficiaries.

The administrators solicitor has charged me to view 5 invoices that I was disputing. I note in the final estate accounts I received this charge was included but it was not included in the other residual beneficiaries final estate accounts. Should it have shown in their set of accounts??
