    How would I find money I was supposed to inherit in a trust fund? I have no idea where to start and my remaining family are keeping schtum

    The Will should identify if a Trust was set up and who the executors are. The executors are instructed to deal with the estate according to the details in the Will, which would also appoint Trustees. If you are not an executor of the Will, then it is totally up to the appointed executors as to who they give information to.

    If you can explain a little more as to why you feel you are a beneficiary of a Trust fund and also your age, as some Trusts do limit an age before a younger beneficiary can inherit.

      A will is a public document and you can get a copy. Statt wiy chasing the executors. Private trusts have no system for tracing.

        If you are a beneficiary you may ask the executors to give an account of the estate and of their dealings with it.
