    Inheritance payment

    Hi, I have inherited some money from my aunt. I have asked the solicitor to pay the money into the bank account of my partner of 35 years as I have a gambling addiction and do not want direct access to the money. The solicitor has said they will not do this because of Rule 3 solicitors accounts rules. What can I do?

    Ask the solicitor firm to pay you via a bank draft.
