trust fund for property my daughter , how to set up ?

Hi, i have paid my mortgagee off and after i clear up 2 more small items i want to give my property to my youngest daughter in trust ( ie with some conditions not to sell )

I want her not to sell till shes at least 25 ( shes 19 atm )

And i want to protect her from financial sharks ( no loans against it )

Do any of the solicitors that contribute/admin on here do that service ( advice and setup ) , approx whats fees

crazy council ( as in local council,NELC ) as a member of the public, i don't get mad, i get even
