Executors/Solicitor

Hi People I have had a problem with the executors and solicitor for the last 3 years since my partner died.* They tried to sell me half my house which I already owned on his death because we were joint tenants and always had been since we purchased it.* In his will he left me an equal share to the other beneficiaries but won't settle it I finally got an interim payment a year ago and have asked a number of times for a statement of accounts this they will not give me either they just continue to be difficult towards me as they didn't like me beings their fathers partner although we were together 25 yrs until he died
